Please contact us immediately via email airieextensionsllc@gmail.com so that if any accommodations can be made they will be attempted, per request. The sooner the better. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has been shipped.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping out orders. We ship using their Priority Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any added taxes or duties that are incurred by the country that you reside in. 

Standard shipping is 3-7 business days ONCE they have been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. (Weekends are not working business days)

Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided within your order on the day your order is shipped.

If you need to modify or cancel an order you previously placed, please contact us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on the status of your order.

 Unfortunately if you’re outside of the United States we’re not able to make any adjustments to your orders. Please be sure to look over your order before submitting. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

• Curly hair can be straightened and reverted back to its natural state. Please remember that the curl will become looser the more you straighten your hair, especially if you don't apply heat protectant.
• If you know you switch between straight and curly hair frequently, I would recommend buying both straight and curly hair. Or purchasing straight hair and curling it to the pattern of your choosing.

• Keep the hair moisturized. You don't want to oversaturate or overweigh your extensions with products, it doesn't require product every day. If you still decide to moisturize the hair, pick a light sulfate free leave-in conditioner.
• Proper hair detangling methods are another important consideration. Using a wide-tooth comb on wet hair, combing from the tips to the roots. Detangling dry hair will only result in extra tangling and/or shedding.
• It's recommended to wash your hair frequently because curly hair requires a lot of upkeep. You should Include a wash day for your hair once a week in your routine.
• Try to air dry your hair as much as possible.
• Protecting your hair at night is crucial. To preserve moisture and possibly keep your curls defined, you must ensure that you sleep with a silk bonnet or pillow at night.

We would recommend 3 bundles for a full sew-in. Anything over 24" you will need 4 or more bundles. *BE MINDFUL* the longer the length the less hair in each bundle. Even with closures & frontals you will still need a minimum of 3 bundles.

Our raw hair comes natural black or brown.
