"What are you good at?"
Between suffering from postpartum depression, which included severe procrastination, self-destruction, and a dismissive mindset, I struggled to launch my business. To struggle with sticking to a specific goal/task, remaining focused, and healing completely. I had to be honest with myself and ask, "What are you good at?" What do you enjoy doing even when you don’t feel your best?
The answer is hair; wigs, sewing, and supplying bundles. Opening a new package of hair and picturing the hairstyles I'll create with it, imagining my smile, my excitement, and happiness. That's the feeling I want to give others; thats what helped transform my mindset, that feeling. There are so many souls in need of a simple smile, and if all I have to do in exchange is provide a product. YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND, ON ANY DAY!
When a customer approaches me and expresses their love for their hair and how good they feel. That is very satisfying. That is my hope. My personal experience, passion, and hunger fueled my business plan. Airie Extensions is very personal to me, and I'd love to share it with the rest of the world.
