RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, especially during these times all of our hair extensions are final sale. Hair extensions cannot be resold after the customer has handled or worn them. Because of this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hair extensions and wig purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. To ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality extensions, our hair goes through a STRICT and STRATEGIC quality control process.

CANCELLATIONS:
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, regardless of the circumstances (order time frame aside). We'd like to get your orders out as soon as possible. With that being said, IF WE CAN, we will assist in canceling your order. Orders are normally processed as soon as they are received.

Hair Care:

Always wash extensions before installing. Allow hair to air dry after using a sulfate-free shampoo and hydrating conditioner.
When using heat, use a heat protectant to avoid damaging.
Any coloring to your extensions should be done with the help of a professional.
Hair can last more then a year if properly cared for.

The price that is listed at the time of your order is the price that applies to you. Before confirming your order, you have reviewed all shipping charges, fees and product prices. Card information is not kept and is delivered via secure SSL encryption. Please be aware that you may be subject to local taxes, customs, and duties.
